Steakhouse Kebab

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 3 medium cloves)
  • 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 pounds flap steak.

Marinade meat for 1-2 days
Cook meat on high het on cast iron grill pan (or grill) 1-2 minutes per side 

Serve with potato salad
